Member Rules:

No Member, other than the Chief Officer, is prohibited to hold more then one Officer position.
All descisions affecting the league are held to a vote by its members, the Chief Officer retains "veto" privilege if he/she feels the descision is not in the best interests of the league.
Member participation in tournaments is prohibited, but is allowed on a as needed bases to fill in on a team if deemed necessary by the League Officer.
Members are allowed to nominate potential members at any time, after which a vote will take place with regard to the nominee.
