Seems late last night and a little later Steam made 2 more adjustments for their Steam software. Here's the latest:- Fixed problem in Windows 98/Windows ME where the game would not successfully load two times in a row without a reboot of the OS.
- Changing the way that banning users by SteamID works internally (you use the same command as a server administrator) to fix a problem some admins were experiencing. Yea, I know exciting stuff. It would seem they were done making improvements for CS 1.4, so why haven't they released it yet? We'll see.
