Sony to use "Shock and Awe"?

| Shock and Awe is so much of a catch phrase that everyone is rushing to trademark the saying for use of their products. The biggest note of such action is Sony. They plan to use the phrase for a future video game, according to a filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. There are also other applicants who wish to profit from the phrase. They include fireworks, lingerie, baby toys, shampoo, consulting services and my favorite: pesticide!
