In some follow up news to Anthos' post on the E3 video featuring Piranha Bytes sequel to Gothic, Gothic II, here are some pictures that show the amazingness that will be Gothic II.
If you are not so hip as to what Gothic II is or what even Gothic is, be sure to check out their site and buy the original.

All I can say is WOW - looks pretty pimp hopefully it's not all overhead
perspective though? It's nice to go first person once in awhile.

Well, if you download that teaser I posted, you'd see some pretty sweet looking
first-person footage. I think several of those screenshots are actually in first-
person, as well. Most likely it is similar in style to Everquest and has multiple
camera angles to view from.
