Gardian Unlimited got news that Acclaim is attempting to buy ad space on the gravestones of some recently departed in an attempt to promote their new game ShadowMan 2. This could be an all time low for getting the attention of the buyers. You can get the full details here.
Now we do question the validity of this, but heck it does make for good conversation... :)
