| MiniClip.com is hosting the "World Championship of Online Pool" with more than $10,000 in cash and prizes on the line. Billed as the largest organized online pool competition, players interested in entering can visit MiniClip Tournaments to find out how to qualify. The tournament will feature both 8-ball and 9-ball games, beginning on May 18th (8-Ball brackets) and May 26th (9-Ball brackets) with matches taking place daily at 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.(CST). The overall winners will face off on June 3rd in a grueling seven-round 8-Ball championship for the crown and $5,000 cash purse. The runner up will take home the Falcon Northwest FRAGBOX portable gaming PC.
