I am out of town, and haven't played any of it yet. As soon as I do, however, I'll be sure and comment on it. You might try searching Google for some reviews/previews, etc.

I'm installing it as we speak. More to come.

Apparently, it's basically DnD 3rd edition on the PC.

It's a very good, very engrossing game. It's supposed to have about 60 hours of single player gameplay, so that's very cool. It's kind of boring at the beginning, simply due to all the tutorial stuff built in. However, once you get past that, and into the story line, character development, etc., it's very, very cool. Your character's personality and actions, as well as skills are very customizable, which I love. For example, my character started out as an elven ranger. Once I leveled him up to a level 3 ranger, I started working him out as a fighter, as well. So basically, what I hope to have is someone that can handle themselves in close quarters combat, as well as have the natural/racial abilities of the elven ranger. There are a lot of little role-playing nuances in the game that I think make it above and beyond your typical RPG, such as Diablo, or even Dungeon Siege. (sorry Phil) I lost interest in DS very quickly, but I have a feeling I'll be playing NwN for a long time to come.
