Yeah I have this really swank system... My paddle is not letting me move my little wally thing to hit the ball back to the other guy... What should I do about this..?

I called the manufacturer, and they just hung up on me... I am so lost and new to all this new fangled technology..

Oh yeah, you're quesiton. Hmm, might be that the controller is a bit gunked up - I'd suggest putting in the dishwasher and run it through a good cleaning cycle and try it again. If that doesn't work, stick it in the microwave for about 5 mins - there could possibly be a loose solder joint and the heat will ensure it softens up for a smooth connection. If that doesn't work, box it back up with the receipt and take it back to Venture.

I have never played pong and got as highs scores as when I cleaned my controler...hehe... :P
