Both the eVGA and BFG are just ridiculous. If I had nForce 4 with SLI capability, I would surely test it out before selling off the eVGA.

Zipzoomfly.com is selling an eVGA 7800 GTX with their SLI motherboard bundled for $500 total. The mobo doesn't have any benches, so I can't be sure that it's good, but it seemed worth takin' a chance.
