Soldner at the next lan

Several of us plan on playing Soldner at the next lan. We've been playing the beta quite a bit and really love this game. If you want to play I'd suggest downloading the beta and getting used to the game. It's like BF meets R6 so it might not be what most are used to. We will have a disk at the event for anyone that has problem downloading the beta and wants to get it there.

Even though Burn and I play the same types of games we hardly ever go head to head. Completely different playstyles. I'm more of the silent assassin, you only know I"m there when you feel the cold metal of a gunbarrel pressed against the back of your head, then it's all over. From what I've seen, Burn tends to stay airborne and leave a path of destruction in his wake. I just leave dead bodies...

Whooo hooooo, got my X45 working in Soldner, prepare do die!!!! Makes the helicopters handle really nice As for playing against Shadow, it's really hard to ever find him. Always hiding when he hears me flying over and stuff Too bad I won't get to the lan until Saturday morning, since I have to work late Friday night.

Soldner was alright, but there were some issues. For one I had to run with all the graphics down. Two, the downtime was immense with all that running. Three, I didn't know what I was doing. Four, there were some bugs (like vehicles exploding on contact with water).

Funny about that fourth point. Squirre1 was in a buggy that I was driving, and I didn't really know the level, and I kind of ramped off of a hill into a lake... that round didn't last very long.
