400 seat LAN party for charity in Illinois!

Zion LAN 2005, a 400-seat LAN in Zion, IL, occuring on June 11th-13th, is announcing its premier event, as well as first three tournaments! While the focus of the event is LAN partying in general, we thought you might like to hear about these ;) Remember, 100% of all proceeds are going directly to help individuals with disabilities.

Tournaments include:

****Counter-Strike: Source****
1st: $1,000 in CASH
2nd: $200 in CASH $500 in Prizes
3rd: $100 in CASH $200 in Prizes

****Counter-Strike 1.6****
1st: $800 in CASH
2nd: $400 in Prizes
3rd: $200 in Prizes
===| $1,400 payout total |===

****Battlefield 1942:Desert Combat****
1st: $500 in CASH
2nd: $250 in Prizes
3rd: $100 in Prizes
===| $850 payout total |===

We've now announced prizes for our 5 vs. 5 Call of Duty tournament, as well as further details and rules. We've also added a new tournament: Doom 3 Deathmatch 1 vs. 1, with prizes and details announced as well!

A little hint: be on the lookout for announcements tomorrow regarding ticket sales!

Seat registration now open!

Ticket sales for Zion LAN 2005 have now begun, and we'd also like to announce our newest contest!

How would you like to earn back your admission price? With our new referral contest, the top three people to refer the most people to register will get their full admission price refunded to them! Anyone else who refers 5 or more people will receive a prize at check-in. So get out there and tell your friends to mention you as the referrer!
