Not sure on the case, I have not seen it... but you can tell it is a chieftech/antec case...

I am willing to offer $500.00 for it, without the modem/router/display and he can sell the other stuff seperately.

I don't need the other crap, and for anymore money, I would just buy my own parts and build it myself. I have someone who is interested in this, so please let me know ASAP if he wants to part with the box.

If he's not selling it brand spanking new, VERY doubtful he's gonna get anywhere close to $1200 for that. I'd guess $800-$900 tops, but if he sticks it on ebay, no telling what might happen.
