No Brian, that is not true.

Here is the real answer: http://www.billygraham.com/default.asp

He is a world famous Christian evangalist who has preached salvation through Jesus Christ longer than any of us have been alive. I beleive he started his ministry back in the 1950's and has been doing it all along.

Check out his web site for more information.

Later,

I can't emphisize this enough. Either tournaments or predefined teams would be great. The team thing we had going in Pat's basement was really great, it made the games somewhat organized and quite a blast.
It may also be a good idea to "secure" some copies of games that we plan on playing before the LAN. I get a little tired of Battlefield taking up every LAN.
We should try something new, like big RTS games, or wargames, or even sports games. (Nascar 2004 represent.)

Exactly! Having people playing as an A or B team was a blast! We need to have games narrowed down so we can run out and buy the games before the event. I think we had some fun playing UT 2k4 last time and would be fun if you are tired of Battlefield. I can never get enough of DC myself...

I love UT, but I'm so picky about how it's played, I really don't enjoy onslaught that much, because that's not what I have practiced for 4 years.

If we do have a 4v4 tournament, (Or even better, a 1v1 tournament!) I assume it will be onslaught, but that's ok.

My team that I have talked to is as follows:
Reflex
Porky
Cyclop3s
Fatal1ty

I pray there will be atleast 4 teams.

Posted by Mojo_jojo on 05-26-2004 04:36 PM:

No. I don't think that you get to have Fatal1ty on your team. We all know who he is and how he plays so I don't think you get to say which team he plays on. Why don't you let him decide which team he is on?

Reflex, that team would be nice if they would be people who register....

ROFL... that have to attend in order to be a team...

Er, I just LANed with him.

I'm not deciding what team he is on.....he is.

He is leaving for Asia Friday, and should be back in town just before the next MWGL.
Try not to get your panties in a bunch.

edit: Just to make things a little more fair, if any of those four players don't register or show, we will play without them, with an uneven team.

Word of mouth is the best way to advertise, seriously guys, tell your friends. Even people who have never LANed before. If we can start getting events with 25+ participants again, that would be great.

Make sure to list yourself on http://www.lanparty.com/ .
