OK... For those asking WTF about my comments regarding tracert hops through Chicago.

In the 1960 presidential election Chicago's Mayor Daley "found" thousands of folks to vote for JFK. Turns out all those votes were from folks at the local cemetary. It's a part of american history that somehow actually managed to lodge into my brain.
