Holy freaking hell - that's one heck of a mail-in rebate! - FYI, it's $70 rebate from Creative, $30 from Circuit City. Bad thing is that it's not in stock via online currently

Yes, $100 for this sound card would be great, if you have teh $200 for the original purchase. If you don't have the original money, then this ain't gonna work for ya.

on the flip side, this is a great deal if you can wait for the rebate forms to come back to your home. Personally, I'm not that patient.

I just bought the Gamer's Edition of the Audigy 2 ZS. Slap some 5.1's or higher on them and you have immensely good sound quality. For that price it's a steal. But, it's from Circuit City so you probably have to send in some rebates and crap like that.
