There's claims in some of the Battlefield forums that people have already found a way to disable it and even put their own images in the advertising's place. I haven't gotten any advertisements in mine yet though. I don't know if it's up and running fully yet though. I honestly don't see the problem with the ingame advertisements though. You have to figure it was going to happen eventually.
