Thanks for the questions....

We hold the events right now every six weeks, changing between what we call LITE events and FULL events...

FULL events: we give you 2 meals and there are tournaments

LITE events: you fend for your self when it comes to food and there are no tournaments

The common LAN player is welcome to come to either event but the target audience as you can tell shifts a little between hardcore clans that enter the tourneys(FULL) and your weekend LAN'er(LITE).

We want to turn this into a LAN environment where you would like to come to all events. Any feedback you can provide is greatly appreciated.

When you come to a MwGL event, we anticipate you bringing your own equiptment, there is some available on-site that you can rent if necessary. And you nephews are more than welcome to come, we have no age limit at this time and have no future plans of imposing one.

Hope to see you there.....

No. There is a LAN entry fee that is separate from any tournament entry fee in which you may wish to participate.

Yeah, the $20 pre-pay and $25 at the door is only the entry fee itself, as Anthos mentioned there is a seperate tourney fee. The entry fee's for the tournaments become the prizes. Right now the there are many pickup teams in the tournaments so don't think having a full team is a requirement since there will be teams looking for players at the event. Also, the Lite events cost less since we are not providing food (If I remember correctly the Lite event was $15 prepay and $20 at the door). The next event, May 03, will be a full event so come ready for food and tournaments.

Bah, I started typing most of this before anyone had replied, then got distracted by something else. Tried to edit it so that hopefully I hit on stuff the other replies didn't, without restating the same stuff too much. Then I get an error saying I can't connect to site Stupid distractions.

I know the others have posted but here is the cost breakdown...

Attendence fees(Getting in the door):
$20 - if you prepay before the prepay deadline, this is the tuesday evening before the event. This gives us time to receive it via mail and also withdraw the money from paypal for the event.
$25 - if you pay after the tuesday deadline. You can still pay via paypal in the registration area to secure your seat.

After you are in the door, each tournament you want to participate in is a $5(per person) entry fee so for example, if you wan to be in all 3 tourneys, it is $15 in tourney fees. ALL of the entry fees get returned to the participants of the tournament as prizes.

if 12 teams reg for the CS tourney,
12x5x$5(per person)=300
1st is $150 - %50
2nd is $105 - %35
3rd is $45 - %15

The 1v1s operate on the same structure.

Hope this answers your question as well as the others responses.
