I'm probably gonna catch some heat for this but... I can't stand Will Ferrel, and refuse to see any movie with him in it. Especially for this role, I can't see him doing it right at all. Blah.

Actually he's not playing the Darrin we all know and love. Well not technically. I just saw a sneak peek and this looks frikkin hilarious.

Sin City, Hitchhicker's Guide to the Galaxy, and of course, Star Wars Episode 3, it's gonna be a good couple of months for movies. Talking about good movies, if you haven't seen Kung Fu Hustle yet, go now! I know it's opened in theathers as of March 18th, but I don't know if it's showing anywhere in Kansas City.

Rikus Khan and I watched Kung Fu Hustle a couple of weeks ago at my house (I have the Chinese version with subtitlese on DVD). We laughed so hard, I was worried that we would get a call from my neighbors to keep it down (we were watching it at 2 a.m. on a Sunday morning).
That movie was the highest grossing movie in China last year ... Roger Ebert described it as "this is what a movie would be like if Charlie Chaplin and Jackie Chan both starred in a movie directed by Quentin Tarantino and Bugs Bunny". It is freakin hilarious.
