One thing Rainbow Six fans will notice is that there's no longer any pre-planning phase before a mission. You can assign operatives to various squads (or have the game auto-assign them for you), and give general orders once in the field. These include, "hold", "advance" (where the squad will continue forward until meeting opposition), and "advance at all costs", which you can use in the direst of situations.Go on over and get your fill.
