Thats right, Kyle over at HardOCP was having some problems with the new P3 1.13Ghz chip Intel sent him to review. He thought it could be a bad chip so he contacted the folks at TomsHardware and AnandTech to do a comparison. Well, turns out they were having the same problem. He then contacted George Alfs of Intel, and it turns out that there are some problems with the 1.13Ghz chips. You can read all the details here.
