Fans of Sierra's Empire Earth (heck, any Strategy game fan) should be excited to know that Sierra Entertainment has released multiplayer beta of Empire Earth: the Art of Conquest. This upcoming 3D real-time strategy expansion, in the works at Mad Doc Software, contains one multiplayer map and offers "a sneak peak at the new units and epochs to be included in the upcoming expansion pack." If you're on dial-up, you may wanna find a friend who has broadband that can just burn 'ya a copy as the download weighs in at a whopping 278MB.
