Search Help |
The new search function fo the MwGL news allows you to do BOOLEAN searches. In the search strings you can do AND, OR, or NOT statements to help isolate your results. If you do not
specify any BOOLEAN functions all the words that you enter for search criteria will be ANDed together. Searches are also non-case sensative, so you don't have to be exactly correct there.
Example searches:
unreal patches(default): This search will result in news items which contain both unreal and patches.
unreal AND patches: This search will result in news items which contain both unreal and patches.
unreal NOT patches: This search will return all items found that contain unreal, but of the items containing unreal, those containing patches will be left out.
unreal OR patches: This search will return items that contain either of the two words.
Using the following characters in your search will result in an incorrect response:
" ' : ; / \ | [] < > * & ^ % $ # @ !
